Terms of Use
Master in Finance Effective Date: August 9, 2026 Last Updated: August 9, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of master-in-finance.com (the "Site") and any related content, tools, or resources provided by Annapurna Influence LLC ("Master in Finance," "we," "us," or "our"), an independent educational resource providing information, rankings, and guides about finance degree programs (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Description of Services
Master in Finance provides free, publicly available educational content about finance degree programs, including program rankings, guides, comparisons, and related informational articles. Content may be developed using a combination of independent research, publicly available data, and artificial intelligence or automated tools to help produce or refine written content. We may add, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without liability to you.
3. No Accounts Required
The Services are currently offered as free content with no user accounts, logins, or paid products. If this changes in the future, we will update these Terms accordingly, and any account-related terms will apply prospectively from that update.
4. Educational Purposes Only — Not Professional Advice
The content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, academic, career, legal, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consulting a qualified advisor, admissions counselor, or other professional regarding your specific circumstances.
Rankings, program comparisons, tuition figures, admissions data, and similar information are based on sources believed to be reliable at the time of publication but may become outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Site, and you should independently verify any information (such as tuition, accreditation status, or admissions requirements) directly with the relevant institution before making decisions.
5. AI-Assisted Content
Some content on the Site may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence tools. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-assisted content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information and may not reflect the most current program details
- We apply human review to AI-assisted content but do not guarantee it is error-free
- You should independently verify any factual claims — particularly rankings, tuition, and admissions information — before relying on them
6. Third-Party Links and Institutions
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including university and program websites, and may reference or compare institutions we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party site. Inclusion of a program or institution on the Site does not constitute an endorsement, and exclusion does not constitute a criticism. Your interactions with any linked third-party site are governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, our systems, or other users' data
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Site using automated means, except as permitted by our robots.txt or with our prior written consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Misrepresent the source or ownership of content taken from the Site
8. Intellectual Property
The Site, and all content, features, and functionality provided by Master in Finance — including text, graphics, logos, rankings methodologies, and software — are owned by Annapurna Influence LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of the content without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE — INCLUDING RANKINGS, PROGRAM DATA, OR AI-ASSISTED CONTENT — WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANNAPURNA INFLUENCE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON CONTENT FOUND ON THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Annapurna Influence LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Termination
We may suspend or restrict your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, and 14) will survive.
13. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Master in Finance regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
